dreaming and creating
Sometimes I read about those people who changed their lives drastically or they motivated themselves just to turn down one bad habit and earn a good one. Those people, well those people really deserve medals. I’m trying to get a new habit, I set a thirty day challenge and it ends around the day 5 (best case). I know that sometimes you really need to push yourself and not even the hundredth time is enough but how to stay motivated after all those tries and dissapointments that once again you tried not enough. Or is it the case that actually you are not that eager to change something (but in your imagination you would love to be a bit different, have a different routine etc).
Well, I am really confused today.
